By placing an order with Brugge Chocolates, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
All of our chocolates and confections are handcrafted in small batches at our Redmond, Washington location using the finest Belgian and French chocolate. Product images are representative; actual items may vary slightly in appearance due to the artisanal nature of our work.
Some of our truffles contain alcohol. Products containing alcohol are clearly marked and should not be purchased for or consumed by anyone under the legal drinking age.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Our chocolates are temperature-sensitive and may melt or be damaged during transit in warm weather. We strongly recommend adding an ice pack to your order when temperatures exceed 75°F (24°C) at any point during shipping.
By choosing to ship without an ice pack, you accept full responsibility for any heat damage that may occur during transit. Brugge Chocolates cannot be held liable for melted or heat-damaged products shipped without cold packs.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), processing times may be extended. We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
Our products are made in a facility that processes tree nuts, peanuts, milk, eggs, wheat, and soy. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Brugge Chocolates' liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
