🧊 Temperature-Sensitive Products: Our handcrafted chocolates are perishable and sensitive to heat. During warm weather (above 75°F / 24°C), we strongly recommend adding an Ice Pack Bundle ($6.50) to your order to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom Build Your Box orders may require an additional day for hand-packing.
During peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, and the winter holidays), please allow extra processing time and order early to ensure timely delivery.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail for most orders. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days depending on your location.
Expedited Shipping: During hot weather, we recommend Next Day Air shipping paired with our Ice Pack Bundle to minimize transit time and ensure optimal product quality.

We strongly recommend adding an ice pack for any shipment when temperatures at origin, destination, or anywhere along the route may exceed 75°F (24°C).
Note: Ice packs are designed for transit times of 2-3 days. For longer shipping times or extreme heat conditions, please consider Next Day Air shipping.

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time due to customs regulations and the perishable nature of our products.
Alaska & Hawaii: Additional shipping charges may apply. We recommend Next Day Air with ice packs for these destinations.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please monitor your shipment and ensure someone is available to receive the package promptly, especially during warm weather.
If your order arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling (crushed box, obvious physical damage), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and products.
Please note: Melting due to heat exposure during transit is not considered carrier damage and is not eligible for replacement if an ice pack was not included in your order.
